Mr. Skopal has 4 years of experience with traffic data collection. His data collection experience includes field deployment of automatic traffic recorders for collecting average dialy traffic (ADT) volume data, vehicle classification data, and speed classification data. He also has extensive experience collecting turning movement count data, license plate surveys, origin-destination surveys and pedestrian surveys.

Mr. Skopal is responsible for the supervision and safety of field personnel as well as well as the maintenance of all field equipment used by field personnel in the Laredo service area.
